My Story
My name is (Mamaeke Samuel) Sammy Matebane, a child of an Artisan and a stay home mother. Grew up and went to school in the rural area of Limpopo called Phokwane.
I lived the rural poor life inspired by hunger and need to move away from poverty. I collaborated with my father and my uncle on their survivalist businesses trying to make ends meet and feed the family. This taught me responsibility at a young age. Made me entrepreneurial and shaped the man that I am today.
I matriculated in Gauteng, Daveyton and went on to study for an International Baccalaureate certificate at Waterford Kamhlaba United World College in eSwatini.
Studied Mechanical Engineering (Diploma and Degree), then did a BSc Honors in Management of Technology and a Master of Business Administration.
I am registered professional with the South African Institute of Mechanical Engineers, United Kingdom’s Society of Operations Engineers, and a qualified Certified Director with IODSA (Institute of Directors of Southern Africa).
I am a qualified ISO 39001 and ISO 9001 Auditor.
I have worked through most levels in industry from positions as graduate trainee, Mechanical Artisan, Front Line Manager, Production Manager, Innovation Engineer, Production Engineer, Technical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Senior Technical Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Executive Director, Board member and Chief Executive Officer.
Worked at the following companies: Eskom, Simba, Mars, Kimberly Clark, Bromor Foods, Autopax Passenger Services, Tshwane Rapid Transit and Piirwa Kapital.
I did Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Business Coaching, Life and Executive Coaching, DeMartini Methods Facilitation, DeMartini Values Determination, Ontology Coaching.
I studied from powerful self-development teachers internationally like Billy Selekane, Dr DeMartini, Tony Robbins, T Harv Aker, Paul o Mahony, Robert Kiyosaki, Sandy Jadeja, Joseph McClendon III, Stephen Master Co, Les Brown, Joseph Asarraf, Ann Wilson, Simon Sinek, Troy Harris, Robbin Banks, Scott Pickens, Dr Eric Thomas, and Susana Kenedy amongst others.
I am a specialist in Leadership Development, Strategy facilitation, initiation, and monitoring. I specialise in Blue Ocean Strategy development. I am a renowned Coach who uses multiples techniques to get to a solution for my clients.

To impact every Soul I interact with.
